Warranty Policy


Thank you for choosing our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to claim warranty service.


1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on all eligible products.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product (or parts of the product) if it develops a manufacturing defect under normal, intended use.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or mechanical failures

  • Functional issues not caused by the user

  • Replacement of defective parts


2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized repairs

  • Physical damage, breakage, or scratches

  • Damage due to water, fire, or other external factors

  • Wear and tear from normal usage

  • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, filters, etc.

  • Software issues or viruses

  • Products without a valid invoice or proof of purchase

  • Damage caused during shipping (covered under Shipping Policy, if applicable)


3. Warranty Claim Process

Provide the following details:

  • Name and contact information

  • Order number / invoice

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

Steps After Claim Submission:

  1. Your claim will be reviewed within 7 business days

  2. If approved, we will request the product to be shipped/returned to our service center

  3. After inspection, we will:

    • Repair the product, OR

    • Replace the product, OR

    • Offer an equivalent product if the model is unavailable


4. Repair & Replacement Terms

  • Repair or replacement is provided free of cost during the warranty period

  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished

  • Warranty does not extend or reset after repair/replacement

  • Turnaround time may vary depending on spare parts availability


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice/order receipt)

  • Ship the product safely to the service center (if required)

  • Ensure the product is used as per instructions/manual


6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

a. Customer-Paid Shipping

The customer may bear the shipping cost for sending the product to our service center.

b. Company-Paid Shipping

We will bear the cost of shipping back the repaired/replaced product to the customer.


7. Voiding the Warranty

Warranty will be void if:

  • Product serial number or warranty seal is tampered with

  • Repairs are performed by unauthorized technicians

  • Product is modified or altered

  • Use of harmful accessories or improper power sources


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business or profits

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under this warranty policy.
